Please try the following steps you are not able to access “MySite” properly, due to a web part error/issue.

Steps

1.      Click on “My Site”

2.      Enter the following at the end of your site URL: ?contents=1

 (URL should look similar to this, but it should be showing your name instead: https://www.harmonieweb.org/personal/marcela_lopez/default.aspx?contents=1)

3.      Select the necessary web parts you need to delete that is causing errors. (Please make sure you only delete the web parts that are causing errors)

4.      Click Delete

5.      Click back to “My Home” (link on the left navigation bar)
