How to Add and Delete Contacts to LCS Effectively
Prerequisites
1. You have logged in to Harmonieweb.org
2. You have launched Instant Messenger successfully
How to Add a Contact to your List
Steps
- In the Find box, type the person's display name or sign-in name.
Note: Do not type the person’s email in the Find box, it will NOT add the contact to your list correctly and will give you a status unknown for that person.
- Click Find.
- In the results area, right-click the name of the person that you want to add, and then do one of the following:
- Click Add Contact To, and then select a group.
- If the contact is already in your Contacts list, click Copy Contact To, and then select a group.
How to Delete a Contact from Your List
Steps
- In your Contacts list, right-click the name of the contact, and then click Remove from Contact List.
- Click OK to the pop-up message that says “Remove this Contact from your List”
